Paul Nolan commenced training in 1996, having worked with Jim Bolger he decided to embrace a training career. Since then he has never looked back. Paul Nolan trains in Davidstown, just about two miles from the picturesque town of Enniscorthy. His numbers average about 50 throughout the year. With a mixed string kept on the go for the lucrative summer festival meetings.

Principal Jockeys at Toberona:

• Alain Cawley, conditional jockey joined us in the summer of 2004. Alain is currently leading the 2009 conditional title with 29 winners to date. Alain also represented Ireland on the visting team to Australia in the summer of 2008.
  
  
• MJ Doran, leading amateur joined us recently from Noel Meade. MJ enjoyed a good time with Noel and we are delighted to have him on the team.
  
  


• David Boland, established amateur rider, joined from Ian williams in the UK. David enjoyed recent success on Golden Sunbird.
